Are you sure you are getting the right sort of practice to improve your game? Are you keeping a record of your progress? Do you know for sure you are improving? If you have answered NO to any of our questions then we may be able to help!
We think we have addressed some of these issues with our practice plan. All of the straightforward practice games are laid out in session and week order saving you the time hunting around for different games to play. There is an area to keep your statistics so you have a weekly record of how many darts it takes you to score and finish. Having this sort of feedback on your darts is essential because as you witness your scores improving this motivates you to practise more!
There are 8 weeks of practice, split into 5 sessions per week!

All United Kingdom deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD or DHL.
During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including next day delivery services, you need to order before 1pm if you wish to receive a next day delivery service. If you need a next day delivery service and it's already past this cut off time please call us and we can see if it's possible.
All international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD or DHL.
During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including International Airmail (Tracked) and International Courier.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, see list below.
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, see list below.
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged
- Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check this with your original payment method, if you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item as we don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
