About Damon Heta
Damon Heta is one of the most popular players on the professional circuit thanks to his entertaining personality and laid back approach to the game. Before becoming a full time professional, Heta worked as a roofer in Australia while building his reputation on the local darts scene.
His passion for darts was sparked by fellow Australian professional Kyle Anderson, who attended school with Heta and helped inspire his love for competitive darts. Unlike many Australian players who first established themselves through the World Series events, Damon chose to pursue a full time career on the PDC circuit.
Before making the move to the United Kingdom, Heta spoke at length with Gary Anderson, whose advice helped convince him to compete in Europe full time. Damon initially lived in Leicestershire with fellow professional Dimitri Van den Bergh before eventually settling down in England with his wife, Meghan.
Heta has often spoken about how surprised he was by the standard of local darts when he first arrived in the UK, although he believes the quality of competition in Australia has improved significantly in recent years. Since earning his PDC Tour Card in 2020, he has established himself as one of Australia's leading players.
What Darts Does Damon Heta Use?
Damon Heta currently plays with his Harrows Natural darts, the first signature model he developed in partnership with Harrows Darts. Throughout his career Damon has experimented with several barrel designs and released multiple generations of darts, but he has continually returned to the Natural model because it provides the feel and consistency he prefers.
The latest version has been upgraded with Harrows Quick Point technology while retaining the familiar barrel shape Damon trusts. Unlike many professionals who have switched to integrated flight systems, Damon continues to use a traditional flight and stem setup after deciding it better suits his throwing style.
The barrel features a subtle torpedo profile with a smoother grip pattern that promotes the clean and controlled release Damon is known for. This combination of comfort, consistency and versatility has helped make the Natural darts one of the most popular models in his range.
Damon Heta Darts and Accessories
Here you will find the complete range of Damon Heta darts and accessories developed in partnership with Harrows Darts. The collection follows the evolution of one of Australia's most successful professional players, spanning more than four generations of steel tip darts alongside flights, dart cases and official accessories.
One of the most interesting aspects of the collection is seeing how Damon’s equipment has evolved throughout his career. Each generation introduces more advanced machining, distinctive colour schemes and increasingly refined grip patterns.
Whether you are looking for his latest release or his original Natural darts, the range offers a variety of setups suitable for players of all abilities.
Why Choose Damon Heta Darts?
One of the biggest strengths of Damon Heta darts is their versatile barrel design. The barrels feature a simple ring grip extending across much of the dart, providing multiple reference points that suit a wide variety of grip styles.
The tapered nose creates a smooth transition into the point and allows players who grip further forward to fit finger grip Quick Points if desired. Damon’s darts are also available in a range of weights, making it easier for players to find a setup that complements their own throwing action.
Damon pairs his barrels with 35mm dart points, helping the darts stand slightly more upright in the board while also reducing deflections when grouping closely together. Rather than adopting integrated flight systems such as Harrows Solo, Damon continues to favour a traditional flight and stem combination, believing it offers greater flexibility and a feel he has grown comfortable with throughout his career.
Together these features create a highly versatile and easily customised setup that is suitable for players of every ability level.
